I needed a new roof. The shingles were coming off, so I started looking for people, and I got Royal York Roofing's name from a friend at swimming. I called for an estimate and they came the next day, right on time, the minute they said they would be here. Bruce walked me through the whole process. He gave me a quote on the spot after an hour of drawing the roof and going through all the requirements and what I needed to do. He explained everything and educated me, so I felt very confident that he knew what he was talking about. He showed me their business insurance. It was very well laid out.

I did my due diligence and got two other quotes. No one compared to Royal York in their thoroughness and professionalism, so I went with Royal York. The crew came on time. They were very professional and cleaned up the whole time. Seven of them, I think, were on the roof, and they did it very quickly. They came back the next day to finish the flat roof, cleaned up, and they were gone. I looked out and the dumpster was gone, everything was done beautifully. It is probably the easiest home renovation project I have ever done, and it ran the most smoothly. I would highly recommend them, and I already have to three or four friends.
